The One App tracks your location to match users closest to you.
To turn your location on and off go to account settings in the One App and select “location.” Then check or uncheck the location tab.
The One App has a paid membership. They are as follows:
- 1 month – $29.99
- 3 months – $69.99
- 6 months – $149.99
Based on your preferences, The One App will send you potential matches.
If you are not seeing any matches in your queue, it may be because you have seen everyone within your preferences. Try expanding your preferences to see more matches.
The One App has an option to match users based on birthday and month.
- If you choose the Zodiac Compatibility, The One App will match you to other members based on zodiac compatibility. Simply check the “zodiac compatibility” box upon registration.
- If you later decide to change whether you want to use this option, you may go to the account settings in the One App and change the compatibility request.
You may share photos directly from your camera.
- Click on the photo icon in the message box and allow access to your camera.
- Select your desired photo.
To start a video chat, click on the video box in the message box and wait for the user to accept the call.
